- We have a car and need parking. Is it always available?

 - We have a parking garage for 3 vehicles. It is 10€/night per vehicle. Advance booking is required. In front of the reception there are 2 parking spaces in yellow line which are parking for our guests. But we do not reserve these spaces.

 

- Is the swimming pool open whole year?

  - Yes, it is. During October to May the pool is heated (25-30ºC). It´s outdoor, not coverd. All of our guests have access.

 

- I have a movility problem. Do you have a lift?

 - No, we don´t have a lift. We have 2 floors (ground floor and 1st floor). Please let us know in advance and we´ll try to asign you a ground floor room

- We are 3 people. Do you have a triple room?

   - No, we don't. But we can prepare an extra bed in some rooms. Please search 3 people in our reservation page.

- We have a baby. Do you have childbed and electric kettle to heat up milk?

 - Yes, we can provide a cot in your room on request. There is a kettle in your room and a microwave in the buffet area. 

- How about the child policy?

 - From 7 years old are considered as adults. Children 3-6 years old will share the exiting bed/s with adults (1 large double bed 180-210cm or 2 single beds 90-105cm, depending on the room type). You can request extra bed for 25€/night.  

- We´ll arrive in the hotel after 19:00. Are there any problems? 

 - We have 24-hours reception. But if your arrival time is after 23:00, please let us know by e-mail, telephone or whatsapp.

- I have reserved a double room but have to cancel. Do you charge for this?

 - Depending on your booking. Normally from 48 hours the first night of your stay. For example, if you´ve reserved for 4th of March, you have free cancellation until 23:59 of 1st of March.

- Do you have aire conditioner and bath tub?

  - Yes, all rooms have air conditioner and bath tub.

- All of your rooms have jacuzzi?

 -No, only our Junior Suite has a private jacuzzi. Other rooms have shower with bath tub.

- It´s possible to reserve a room with one bed?

 - Yes. Please let us know in advance.

- We´ll stay for 2 weeks. Do you have a laundry service?

 -Yes, laundry service is available. In a bag of maximum 4 kg, wash and spin, the price is 6 € (we are not responsible for the deterioration of the garments). Each room has a drying rack on the terrace or in the garden, and in summer it will dry in one or two hours. If you wish to dry with the tumble dryer, the cost of washing and drying is 20€.

- I don´t have car. Is there any organized excursion?

 - Yes, there are many. Please ask at the reception. Price from 30€.

- Is it easy to get public transport?

  - Yes, there is a bus stop 5 minutes walking and a train station 10 minutes walking from us.

- How can I get to the hotel from the Malaga Airport?

  - There is a taxi stop in the arrival terminal. Costs about 25-30€. You can catch a train, too.

    Our nearest train stops are El Pinillo and Montemar. Takes about 10 minutes walking to us from the train stops.

- How far from the beach promenade? 

 - About 700m. Takes about 10 minutes. 

- Is there any grossery store near by?

  - 5 minutes from us there is supermarket Aldi. There are other supermarkets 10 -15 minutes.

- Our reservation doesn´t include breafkast. Can we order it?

  - Please request it one day before. Price 9€/ person and per day. Children (3-6 yeras old) 4.5€/person and per day.

 

- How is the breakfast?

  - It´s a buffet style. Something small, but we try to have almost everything. 

- My partner is celiac. Do you have gluten free bread for the breakfast?

  - We´ll prepare it on request.

- Do you have Japanese Culture Courses?

 - We can organize tea ceremony, flower arrangement (ikebana) and kimono experience of your needs. Just please ask it with enoughly advance.
